ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action against the second respondent herein for the misuse of his official power and consequently, direct the second respondent not to threaten the petitioner to execute any sale deed regarding petitioner's property at Anaikulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in favour of third respondent which amounts to interference in civil matters, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2014.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein with the aid of the second respondent has been intimidating him to sell his property. Hence, he had sent a representation to the first respondent herein 2/5

on 19.09.2014 and the same has been received by the office of the first respondent. Even thereafter, the second respondent has been intimidating the petitioner on behalf of the third respondent. Till date, no action has been initiated. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of writ petition.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner without adverting to the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
