RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 13855 of 2022 by order dated 10.08.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13855 of 2022, on 10.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly ie. From 12.08.2022 and prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases and he was absent for one day ie. On 29.08.2022.

4. In view of the submission made by both sides, since the petitioner has not complied the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
