ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the 2nd respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioners for grant of building plan approval has been rejected on the ground that the petitioners have not filed any document to establish their ownership of the property. The said order has been passed based upon the objections raised by the 3rd respondent herein.
2. A perusal of the typed set of papers indicate that the 3rd respondent had filed O.S.No.172 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. In the said suit, the writ petitioners have been arrayed as defendants 1 and 2. The suit has been filed for the relief of permanent injunction. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that they will work out their remedy in the above said suit.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioners to raise all their pleas in the civil suit. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 02.12.2022 Index :
