ORDER

When the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 31.10.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (ie.07.11.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the first respondent is present.

2. Hence, this Court is of the view that no purpose will be served to keep the Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition. 2/4

3. The instant Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
