This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents particularly the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint, FIR in Crime No.268 of 2022 was registered for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the second Respondent and the Petitioner is arrayed as accused in this case.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation and the Respondents are directed not to cause summon to the Petitioner at odd hours.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
