ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.By the impugned order, the first respondent had taken away the cheque signing power of the writ petitioner. Admittedly, no notice was issued. On the ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the impugned order is set aside.

3.The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to pass order afresh on merits and in accordance with law.

4.With this liberty, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
