O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pay the dues unpaid, as directed in W.P.No.14283 of 2007 with interest till date.

2. The said order referred in the prayer, dated 12.11.2011 is enclosed in page No.1 of the type set of papers along with the Writ Petition. The petitioner herein was the petitioner in that writ petition. This Court passed an order stating that the petitioner is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% for the belated payment of terminal benefits. After a lapse of about 3 years, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay the dues unpaid, as directed in W.P.No.14283 of 2007.

3. This Court is of the considered opinion that for implementation of the orders passed by this Court, another writ petition cannot be filed and such writ petition cannot be entertained. If at all any direction was issued in that writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD)No.17166 of 2014 petition in the year 2011, appropriate action could have been taken by the writ petitioner during the relevant point of time. Contrarily, he waited for about three years and filed the present writ petition, seeking a direction that the order passed in the earlier writ petition is to be implemented. Such a relief sought for is not entertainable and it is for the writ petitioner to initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law.
