ORDER

When the case was called up for hearing, the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur was disposed on 16.03.2015 as dismissed for default and thereafter, restored the suit as per the I.A.No.321 of 2015 vide order dated 23.04.2015 and again this suit was disposed on 15.07.2015 as dismissed for default due to plaintiff not present.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to restore the Civil Revision Petition in case if the suit is again restored. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
