ORDER

This petition is filed to quash C.C.No.273 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after full trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, acquitted all the accused persons in the above said case, by the judgment, dated 13.10.2020 and a copy of the same was also circulated. The petitioner was arrayed as first accused in the above said case. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
