The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2024.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner has given a complaint dated 22.07.2024, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submit that it was treated as a petition and it was closed after enquiry.

4.Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can proceed further in the manner known to law as per the dictum laid down in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh. 2/4
