ORDER
The petitioner has challenged the impugned communication, dated 10.10.2014 bearing Na.Ka.No.230/2014/9.
2. By the aforesaid communication, three representations including the petitioner's representation were disposed of by calling upon the petitioner to come with relevant documents for being appointed as a Hereditary Trustee. It is noticed that after the period of earlier Trustee got over, the first respondent herein had issued a fresh notification, dated 21.07.2014 and called for an application to be submitted on or before 25.08.2014.
3. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner had submitted an application and that the petitioner was also called for scrutiny on 09.10.2014. The case of the petitioner is that on behalf of the Uravinmurai and as an individual applicant, a separate representation was sent to the first respondent to extend the time to enable the petitioner to convince uravinmurai Meeting (Relatives) to select a community member as a Trustee. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.17258 of 2014 first respondent has passed the impugned order stating that the time will be extended only till 24.10.2014 for scrutiny of the application and stated that Uravinmurai will not consulted with the appointment of a Trustee.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submits that pursuant to the impugned order, the Board of Trustee was appointed and the said post also came to an end and a fresh Board of Trustee was appointed on 19.08.2020.
5. Considering the above, I do not find any merits in the present writ petition as nothing further survives for consideration of this Court. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
