For Petitioners : Mr.S.Karthik in all Petitions C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the Suit itself has been disposed of in the year 2016 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
