This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.72 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has already been filed for closing the case as 'Mistake of fact' on 20.03.2020.
