ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 04.12.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.28218 of 2023.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the fourth respondent in the Writ Petition has issued proceedings on 31.12.2024, approving the appointment of the writ petitioner with effect from 01.06.2023. It is needless to point out that the petitioner would be eligible for the annual increments.

3. With the above said observations, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
