This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bodi Sub Division, dated 03.08.2024 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
