O.P(MD) No.8131 of 2023:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure, to accept the surrender of the petitioners before the Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, (i.e) The Special Additional District and Sessions Judge at Pudukkottai, in connection with the Crime No.105 of 2023 on the file of the Second respondent Police and to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner same day. Order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.RAJARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate, for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8131 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to surrender before the concerned Court, since the petitioner is unable to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2/4

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8131 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
