Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.9084 of 2023. The said writ petition was allowed on 14.03.2024 in respect of one prayer alone. The prayer now sought for was included as the second prayer in the earlier writ petition. We had declined to consider the said prayer. We did not give liberty to file a fresh writ petition. As per Section 11 CPC., if the prayer as sought for is not granted, it is deemed to have been rejected. This writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
