For Respondent : Mr.S.Prakash Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8007 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8007 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8007 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions, these petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (each Rs.1,25,000/-) to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni on or before 30.05.2025. These petitioners have filed extension of time petition before this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7030 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.8007 of 2025 and on 11.06.2025, this Hon'ble court was extended the time for deposit the said money within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni in Crime No.15 of 2025. In the meantime, the 2/4

respondent has sent a letter to the bank for freeze the petitioners account. The petitioners have maintained savings accounts at State Bank of India, Rajapalayam Main Branch and Karur Vysya Bank, Rajapalayam Branch. Due to the memo forwarded by the respondent, the petitioners account was freezed and the petitioners could not able to operate their account. Hence, on 15.07.2025, the petitioners have sent a representation to the respondent and bank officials to defreeze their account. Due to the said reason, these petitioners are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8007 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of one month is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in future.
