ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire the petitioner grievances and to take actions in accordance with law on the basis of nature of the case based on the representation dated 26.08.2019.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner is a disputed question of fact which cannot be dealt with by this Court sitting in Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if so advised. No costs.
