O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 14.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3082 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that even though specific directions were issued by this Court dated 14.02.2022, the petitioners were called for enquiry without any summons.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners were called for enquiry and they were directed to execute a bond and the same also executed. Thereafter, on the complaint lodged by the counter party, again the petitioners were called for enquiry. 4.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioners for any enquiry and thereafter conduct the enquiry.

5.With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
