Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges breach of the order passed by this Court. I had directed the concerned officials to be present in person. In the last occasion, the Assistant Director of Geology and Mining, Thoothukudi, was present in person. She had filed a compliance report indicating that the complaint given before the local police has been withdrawn. Since the complaint itself has been withdrawn, the fourth respondent is directed to file a closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to accept the same.
