This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner directing the second respondent to pass order on his representation dated 30.08.2019, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr. Rajarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr. Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 & 3.

3. Heard both sides and perused the documents.

4. Upon notice to the respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that proceedings in Ka.Na.360/2019/A2 dated 19.09.2019 was issued by the office of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20408 of 2019 District Manager, Theni District, as per which, the representation of the petitioner has been considered.

5. In view of the above, the Writ petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Further, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is aggrieved.
