ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2023. 2/6
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the 7th respondent is running a Church without obtaining permission from the concerned Authority and also he is causing nuisance to the residents in the locality, especially the students and elders. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.05.2023 to take appropriate action against the 7th respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2023 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 3/6

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 & 6 to issue notice to the concerned parties and after conducting enquiry pass appropriate orders, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
