[Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.N.Madhava Govindhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Tamil Mani, learned counsel for the first 1/3
respondent and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner, who is the practicing Advocate in Ambasamudram, seeks a direction upon the respondent to open the combined court building, which has already been constructed.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any such direction in this matter. It is for the Administrative Side of this Court to take a decision in the matter.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that electrification work is yet to be completed.
5. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent submitted that according to the petitioner there is a hindrance for entry in one of the three gates to the combined Court complex as there is a Police Outpost.
6. These are all the issues, which will be dealt only by the Administrative Side and the Public Works Department and it is not for this Court to issue any direction. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
