PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the Labour Court, Tirunelveli in CP.No.26 of 2021, dated 11.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

The management has filed this writ petition as against the order in CP.No.26 of 2021 on the file of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli, dated 11.07.2023. This order has been passed based on the award passed in the industrial dispute.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner management submits that the entire award amount has already been settled to the respondents and thus the matter has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks a short accommodation to ascertain the same. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner management, this writ petition is closed.
