"CMA(MD)No.791 of 2016 has been filed against the order dated 22.03.2016 passed by the Family Court, Madurai, in I.A.No.57 of 2016 in O.S.No.4 of 2016. This Court while disposing of the CMA, has passed a conditional order. Seeking to modify the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. There is no representation for the respondents. However, taking note of the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, we verified with E-Courts services and found that the suit itself has been disposed of on 21.12.2018. When the suit itself has been disposed on 21.12.2018, no purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
