ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 5th and 6th respondents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.02.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents and all necessary parties and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
