The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was promoted. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed by the District Collector vide proceeding dated 07.04.2015. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
