The petitioner who was working as a Bill Collector in the respondent town panchayat has filed this writ petition challenging the charge memo.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that pending this writ petition, the petitioner died due to cancer. 3.Perusal of the charge memo reveals that the delinquency is said to have been committed in between the years 2012 and 2014, the charge memo was issued in the year 2024, after a period of 10 years. enquiry did not commence and the petitioner died. Therefore, the charges against the petitioner get abated. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
