ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12132 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021.
2. When the matter was taken for hearing on 10.11.2023, this Court passed the following order:
"Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 13.10.2023, an affidavit has been filed by the second respondent and a copy of the same was also served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Post this case under the same caption on 17.11.2023."
