Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or directions in the nature of a writ directing the first respondent i.e., the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners represetation dated 30.01.2021 by sanctioning interest for belated payment of DCRC, Pension and General Provident Fund from the date of death of the petitioners wife Tmt.M. Jeyapathi till the date of actual payment within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
