This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Cr.No.184 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing investigation, the final report came to be filed through E.Filing No.LTN20220002052C202400285, on 23.08.2024, before the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Tanjavur. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
