ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the order passed by the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20523 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019, whereby he transferred and appointed the 5th respondent as Panchayat Secretary in the 4th respondent Village Panchyat and declare the above said post as Vacant and to issue notification to fill up the above said post of Panchayat Secretary in the Kambikudi Village Panchayat, Kariyapatti Panchayat Union, Virudhunagar District, by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3.Recording endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
