Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, in the nature of writ, directing the respondent No.1 to pay a total compensation of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty five lakhs only) to the petitioenr and pass an appropriate order. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Mahaboob Fazil For T.Lajapathi Roy For Respondent : Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, Additional Government Pleader.

Heard learned counsel Mr.M.Mahaboob Fazil for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who appears on behalf of the respondent.
2. G.O.(2D).No.130 Health and Family Welfare (B1) Department dated 29.09.2021 had been passed by the Government pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.(MD).No.1604 of 2021 order in W.P.(MD).No.13326 of 2012. In the said Government Order, sanction had been afforded for payment of sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) as compensation to the writ petitioner T.Rajagopal for the death of his wife Thiru.Kalaichelvi owing to medical negligence of the medical practitioner at Primary Health Centre.
3.Now, the petitioner states that the name of the petitioner is not T.Rajagopal but C.Rajagopal. Then the affidavit in the Writ Petition must be first corrected, thereafter consequential order must be corrected and thereafter the Government must once again correct the Government Order now aforementioned. The petitioner will have to take all these necessary steps. Pursuing the Contempt Petition will not be of any help to him but it would be in the interest of the petitioner to focus his attention in correcting his initial from T to C in the relevant records of both Court and otherwise in the Government Order.
4.This Contempt Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
