ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 151 days for paying deficit court fee of Rs.9273/- in CMA.(MD)SR. 10040/2025 preferred against the award in M.C.O.P.x356 of 2023 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Tiruchirapalli dated 21.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that deficit court fee has already been paid.

3. In view of the same, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the main appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it in the usual course.
