ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the criminal revision against the order passed by the Family Court, Dindigul, in M.C.No.7 of 2021, dated 16.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 27.04.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is rejected at the SR stage itself. 27.04.2023 das 2/4
