This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent/Tahsildar to sub divide the land of the petitioner and issue patta based on the application, dated 11.10.2021.

2.The lands are situated in S.No.178/2 at Thenkarai Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. The petitioner purchased the said property by way a registered sale deed, dated 04.02.2011. 3.A direction is issued to the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner, enquire the petitioner and seek for any clarification and thereafter, comply with the requirements made in the representation/application and at any rate, complete the entire process within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
