When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioners. However, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the suit was decreed in favour of the petitioners and against which, the respondents preferred an appeal before the Sub Court, Sivakasi and the said appeal was also dismissed in favour of the petitioners. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
