This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in S.T.C.No.207 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent had already withdrawn the case in S.T.C.No.207 of 2019 and on that basis, final order was passed by the learned Magistrate and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
