The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to conduct kabadi tournament with light and sound from 28.09.2019 at 10.00 p.m to 29.09.2019 till 10.00 a.m. situated at Sri Pathrakaliamman Kovil Kurumpalaperi Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier the petitioner already approached this Court to conduct festival for Sri Pathrakaliamman Kovil Kurumpalaperi Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.20448 of 2019 Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District and the directions were granted imposing certain conditions. Thereafter, the petitioner violated the said conditions imposed by the third respondent and as such, two cases were registered against the petitioner herein in Crime Nos.44 and 485 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent. Now, the petitioner sought for permission to conduct Kabadi tournament for the very same temple. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief before this Court.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2019, in the light of the involvement of the petitioner, in both the cases in Crime Nos.44 and 485 of 2018, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law forthwith. 5.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
