When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner was earlier a victim in Crime No.15 of 2024 for the offence under sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956 and Section 366(A) IPC and Sections 5(1), 11(6), 12, 13(b), 14(1) of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 Act and the investigation in the said case is over and except for fact that the petitioner may have to come before the court for deposing her presence is no more required before the the respondent police station.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
