Heard Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

W.P.(MD) No.20414 of 2019 2.The order of the third respondent, dated 04.09.2019, is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition. Further direction is sought for to the respondents to call for the petitioner for certificate verification to the post of Nurses and to appoint the petitioner as Nurse in the recruitment to the third respondent in notification No.02/MRB/2019, dated 07.02.2019. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the cut off mark for BC community is 64.5. The petitioner has not secured the cut off mark. Therefore, she was not selected.
4.In view of the above said submission, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for in the Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
