The wife is the petitioner, who had filed this petition to produce the body of her husband, who went missing from 13.03.2022 onwards. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu, namely Sukumar, son of Sundar was produced before this Court. He stated before us that he married the petitioner and there was some misunderstanding and hence, he went to his mother's house. Both the petitioner as well as her husband/detenu Sukumar stated that they will live together. 3.It is brought to our notice that a 'man missing' FIR has been registered in Crime No.270/2022. The second respondent police is directed to take the statement of both petitioner as well as the detenu and thereafter close the case.
