ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be reviewed was passed on 31.07.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.10856 of 2015.

2.In the said Writ Petition, this Court made a finding that the petitioner has to approach the civil Court. That being the finding, the grounds raised in the review petition relating to merits cannot be re-adjudicated and deserve no merit for further consideration. Since the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
