This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.201 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024 pending on the file of the Respondent . ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (crl.side )for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.619 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation has been completed and the final report made ready.
