This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to issue family pension order incorporating the petitioner's name, based on the proposal dated 25.02.2020 sent by the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with by the respondents and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
