This Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure code praying to Extend the time in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 12395/2019 dated 05.09.2019 for surrender before the Honourable District and Sessions Judge Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases Srivilliputhur. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 12395/ 2019 :

This Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure code praying to direct the District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST ) Srivilliputhur to consider the Petitioner /Accused bail application on the same day of surrender in Crime No. 239/2019 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Mariappan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulingabharthi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for R1 and R2, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12395 of 2019, dated 05.09.2019 for surrendering before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Srivilliputhur.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) as costs, to the Chief Justice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), and on such deposit, the time for surrendering and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
