ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 @ 316(2), 318(4) and 351(2) and 75(1) (ii) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.624 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have cheated several women and had physical relationships with them. He is also alleged to have cheated the defacto complainant by receiving a total sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from her on various occasions. Further, when the petitioner demanded an additional sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and the defacto complainant refused, he allegedly showed the photos and videos taken with her and threatened her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Heard he learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Even as per the statement of the petitioner, he has committed several offences against several women and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
