For Respondent : Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.512 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.512 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.05.2022, when the de-facto complainant was chatting with his neighbor shop owner, the petitioners and other accused came there and abused him in filthy language. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioners tried to attack him by using sickle and hallow-block stone. The defacto complainant escaped from the said attack and at that time, the third accused attacked him with wooden log and caused injury. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.16398 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the first petitioner is having 11 previous cases and the second petitioner is having 9 nine previous cases.

5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
