PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.20062 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order vide Na.Ka.No.121/2014 dated 23.09.2014 issued by the 3rd Respondent in favour of 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 1st to 3rd Respondents to call for an open tender to let out the shop No.3A in the Bus Stand of Udangudi as the 3rd Respondent has prevented the petitioner from participating the open auction and also has failed to provide opportunity to everyone as it was directed by this Court by its order dated 14.07.2014 in WP (MD) 1680/2014 . 2/5
